The Amistinea Estate is a sustainable hillside community in Aburi, Ghana, designed by Holcim Gold Award-winning architect Juergen Benson-Strohmayer of TAELON7. Solar-powered, rainwater-harvesting, and built with locally sourced materials, every home is designed for the climate and rooted in a family's journey home.

OUR STORY
In November 2021, Frederick Cole brought his 85-year-old mother Amistinea home to Cape Coast, Ghana. A seven-hour airport conversation with Millicent Owusu-Ansah changed everything. From that journey, ColeWood Properties was born.

My first mission is to build the Amistinea Estate, a luxury real estate development in Aburi, Ghana. Our headquarters is in Accra, and we have an amazing team on the ground ready to deliver quality and excellence.
